MY IN-MOBILITY ACCOUNT
This article explains how to cancel your subscription or delete your In-Mobility account.
How do you stop your subscription?
You must be an In-Mobility administrator to cancel the automatic renewal of a subscription. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings/Preferences/Company.
- In the billing tab, click on the "Stop subscription" button.
- Once automatic renewal has been cancelled, your account will be downgraded to a free In-Mobility CRM account from the effective date of cancellation.
How do I delete my In-Mobility account?
Only the administrator has the power to delete a free In-Mobility CRM account.
If you cancelled your subscription with the previous step, you can then proceed to delete the account. Here's how to do it:

Go to Settings/Preferences.
- Click on the "Delete my account" button.
- Confirm that you wish to delete the account.
